TLC REIT Management Inc., a member of the Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group,
is the asset manager of three investment corporations.
Activia Properties Inc.Comforia Residential REIT, Inc.Broadia Private REIT, Inc.

The Company was established in April 2017 through the reorganization of the three asset managers of the Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group―the asset managers for Activia Properties Inc., Comforia Residential REIT, Inc. and Broadia Private REIT, Inc. ―having changed its trade name from TLC Comforia Investment Management INC. We will aim to provide superior management under the new organizational structure.
